我国老年人安全护理研究热点共词聚类分析

Cluster analysis of common words in research hotspots of safety nursing for the elderly

目的分析国内老年人安全护理的研究热点,为老年人安全护理提供参考。方法检索中国知网(CNKI)数据库自建库至2020-06-30发表的所有老年人安全护理的文献,采用BICOMB 2.0和SPSS 19.0进行词频分析和共词聚类分析。结果共检索出1468篇文献,经筛选后纳入符合标准的文献1452篇。从2000年开始发文量逐年上升,从2000年的2篇上升到2010年的96篇。2010-2019年老年人安全护理研究文献每年发文量均衡分布且保持在较高水平(99~138篇),2015年达到峰值(138篇)。经BICOMB 2.0分析后获取1282个关键词,共出现5632次,其中出现频次≥23的高频关键词26个,共出现2872次,其中老年人出现频次最高(756次),其次为护理安全(352次)、护理安全隐患(295次)、护理(274次)、护理干预(198次)和护理安全管理(103次)。通过聚类分析得出老年人安全护理的研究热点包括以下2个方面:(1)重点科室(心内科、老年病房、神经内科、泌尿外科、消化内科)临床住院患者的安全护理研究;(2)老年痴呆患者的安全护理干预和措施研究。结论老年人安全护理研究方向主要集中在临床住院患者安全护理和老年痴呆患者安全护理,研究的全面性与深入性还有待提高。

Objective To analyze the research hotspots of domestic safe nursing for the elderly,and provide references for the practice of safe nursing for the elderly.Methods A search was made for all the literatures on elderly safety care published in the China national knowledge infrastructure(CNKI)database from the self-built database to June 30,2020,and BICOMB 2.0 and SPSS 19.0 were used for word frequency analysis and co-word cluster analysis.Results A total of 1468 articles were retrieved,and 1452 articles that met the criteria were included after screening.Since 2000,the number of articles published increased year by year,from 2 articles in 2000 to 96 articles in 2010.From 2010 to 2019,the amount of articles published in the elderly safety nursing research literature was evenly distributed and maintained at a high level(99 to 138 articles)each year,and reached a peak in 2015(138 articles).After BICOMB 2.0 analysis,1282 keywords were obtained,which appeared 5632 times.Among them,there were 26 high-frequency keywords with a frequency of≥23,and a total of 2872 times.Among them,the elderly had the highest frequency(756 times),followed by nursing safety(352 times),nursing safety hazards(295 times),nursing(274 times),nursing intervention(198 times)and nursing safety management(103 times).According to cluster analysis,the research hotspots of elderly safety nursing included the following two aspects:safety nursing research of clinical inpatients in key departments(cardiology,geriatric ward,neurology,urology,gastroenterology);safety nursing of senile dementia patients intervention,measure research.Conclusions The research direction of elderly safety nursing mainly focuses on the safety nursing of clinical inpatients and the safety nursing of senile dementia patients.The comprehensiveness and depth of the research needs to be improved.
