本文通过介绍电梯监管改革历程,研究市场监管总局印发的试点意见有关检验检测改革主要内容,归纳总结各省级市场监管部门印发的检验检测试点方案中具体措施,分析各地试点过程中出现的一些问题并提出相应的建议,为后期监管部门制定规则提供参考。

This paper introduces the reform process of lift supervision,studies the pilot opinions about inspection and testing refonn issued by State Administration for Market Regulation,summarizes the specific measures in the inspection and testing pilot scheme issued by the provincial market supervision departments,analyzes some problems in the pilot process,and puts forward corresponding suggestions,so as to provide reference for the later regulatory departments to formulate rules.
