摘要
长期处于沿海露天环境下工作,港口起重机的钢结构承受点蚀、缝隙腐蚀和腐蚀疲劳等各种形态的腐蚀破坏.使钢结构的力学性能降低。根据安全技术规范的要求,对钢结构腐蚀状态开展检测评估,是港口起重机安全评估的重要内容。在分析港口起重机腐蚀检测现状的基础上,编制腐蚀检测评估的流程图,用于指导现场应用。对结构腐蚀的常见形态与多发部位进行了总结。以结构腐蚀的2个典型案例进行评估分析,提出降低腐蚀失效风险的建议。
Serving in coastal and open-air environment,the steel structure of harbor crane will suffer various corrosion damage,such as pitting,crevice corrosion and corrosion fatigue.Corrosion will lead to the damage of still structure bearing performance.Detection and evaluation of steel structure corrosion,according to the safety technical code for cranes,is an important item of safety assessment of harbor crane.Based on the analysis of current situation,this paper programs a detailed flow chart for detection and evaluation of steel structure corrosion,and summarizes common corrosion forms and locations of steel structure.Finally,two classical corrosion cases in harbor crane were detected and evaluated for example,and suggestions to reduce the risk of corrosion failure put forward.
