基于红医精神的医学人文教育实现路径探究——以福建医科大学为例 被引量:3

摘要 生物-心理-社会医学模式的出现给中国医疗卫生事业发展带来了新的挑战,对医学生的人文素养水平提出了更高的要求。当前,中国医学人文教育缺乏红医精神引导,现有的教育手段制约了红医精神的传承,使得红医精神的弘扬实效不佳,脱离了临床实践,不利于和谐医患关系的构建,影响“健康中国”战略的贯彻落实。福建医科大学以“政治坚定、技术优良,无私奉献、救死扶伤,艰苦奋斗、勇于开创”为核心的红医精神作为高等医学人文教育的重要内容,打造“红色闽医”品牌,融合以问题为基础的教学(PBL)与以案例为引导的教学(CBL)教学模式优势,拓宽教育载体,推进医学人文教育发展,促进医学人文教育与临床实践相结合,助力健康中国建设。 The emergence of the new medical model of biology-psychology-society has brought new challenges to my China’s medical and health industry,and put forward higher requirements on the level of humanistic literacy of medical students.At present,the humanities education of medical students in China lacks the guidance of the Red Doctors Spirit.Existing educational methods restrict the inheritance of the Red Doctors Spirit,which makes the promotion of the Red Doctors Spirit poorly effective,divorced from clinical practice,and is not conducive to the construction of a harmonious doctor-patient relationship and obstruct the implementation of the Healthy China Strategy.Fujian Medical University takes“politics firm,excellent technology,selfless dedication,rescue of the dead and wounded,hard work,courage to create”as an important content of higher medical humanities education,builds the“Red Fujian Medicine”brand,adopts PBL and CBL teaching mode,broaden the education carrier,promote the development of medical humanities education and the combination of medical humanities education and clinical practice,and help the construction of a Health China.
