摘要
医学伦理学是医学人文教育中的核心课程,在医学生人文精神的培育、人文意识的增强、人文素质的提升方面有着不可忽视的作用。新医科背景下医学教育新模式的转变以及现实生活中医患矛盾的日益凸显都为医学伦理学教育提出了新的挑战。为改变现阶段医学伦理学教学中纯理论灌输式的说教教育模式,弥合医学伦理学教育与医学生职业精神培育间的知行脱节,基于医学伦理学的理论知识与课堂实践,尝试从明确医学主题,精选文学素材;实施小组讨论,撰写评述文章;教师修正评价,学生总结反思三个教学环节深入探索医文交融在医学伦理学教学中的创新实践路径并总结反思实践成效,以期为中国的医学伦理学教育提供些许借鉴。
Medical ethics is the core course in medical humanities education.It plays a nonnegligible role in the cultivation of medical students’humanistic spirit,the enhancement of humanistic consciousness and the improvement of humanistic quality.The transformation of the new model of medical education under the background of the new medicine and the increasingly prominent contradiction between the doctors and the patients in real lifeall pose the new challenges for medical ethics education.In order to change the teaching mode of pure theory indoctrination in current medical ethics teaching and bridge the disconnection between medical ethics education and professional spirit cultivation of medical students.Based on the theoretical knowledge and classroom practice of medical ethics,this paper tries to explore the innovative practice path of blending medical literature into medical ethics teaching from three teaching links:clarifying medical themes and selecting literature materials,implementing group discussion and writing critical essays,revising the evaluation by teacher and the summarizing the reflection by student,in order to provide some reference for medical ethics education in China.
