“五途径五课堂”人文素质培育体系的探索与思考 被引量:4

摘要 人文素质培育是通过人文知识的传授、人文环境的熏陶和医学生自身的学习实践,把人类优秀的文化成果内化为医学生的品格、气质、能力和素养的过程。武汉大学注重发挥综合大学优势,融合医学与人文教育,培养医学生“正仁弘毅、博雅精诚”的人文素质,已初步形成了由通识课程类、医学人文课程类、校园文化类、讲座论坛类、社会实践类“五类途径”相互支撑,由“实体课堂(第一课堂:教室)、珞珈山水(第二课堂:校园)、大江南北(第三课堂:国内)、地球东西(第四课堂:国际)、虚拟世界(第五课堂:网络)”五大课堂立体推进的“五途径五课堂”医学生人文素质培育体系;将通过进一步挖掘医学人文内涵,加强人文师资建设,打造医学人文教学金课堂,以深厚的人文底蕴支撑育人环境,加强医学生人文精神塑造。 The cultivation of humanistic quality is a process of internalizing human excellent cultural achievements into medical students’character,temperament,ability and accomplishment through the teaching of humanistic knowledge,the edification of humanistic environment and medical students’own learning practice.Wuhan university defines medical students’humanistic quality as“Having a broad and strong mind;showing deep mastery;bearing absolute good faith”,it fully exploits its comprehensive advantages,fuses medical and humanistic education.The“five approaches”of general education courses,medical humanities courses,campus culture,lectures and forums and social practice have been preliminarily formed to support each other.“Five Categories and Five Classes”humanistic quality cultivation system of medical students promoted by five classes.The five classes include“entity class(the first class,the classroom),LuoJia candscape(the second classroom,campus),great river north and south(the third class,domestic),earth(the fourth class,international),virtual worlds(the fifth class,network)”.Through exploring the connotation of medical humanities,strengthening the construction of humanistic teachers,create a medical humanistic gold classroom,support the educational environment with profound humanistic heritage,and shape the humanistic spirit of medical students.
