氮肥对移栽大叶黄杨生理特性的影响

摘要 研究不同氮肥施用量对移栽后大叶黄杨生理特性影响的分析,明确氮肥对植物生理特性的影响规律,以期为育苗中科学合理的施用氮肥提供理论依据。试验在田间条件下,设置氮肥施用量分别为每株0 g(CK,D1)、10 g(D2)、20 g(D3)、30 g(D4)4个处理。结果表明:施用氮肥提高了叶片内叶绿素含量,D3在5-9月分别比对照提高了0.21、0.30、0.58、0.66、0.2 mg·g^(-1);7-9月各施氮肥处理均显著提高了POD活性,D3与对照相比分别提高了58.37%、51.23%、38.76%;5-8月各施氮处理均显著提高了SOD活性,D3分别比对照提高了38.42%、28.32%、31.82%、24.85%;6-9月D3 MDA含量分别比对照降低了28.40%、12.42%、19.86%、30.51%。综合分析认为,D3对改善移栽后大叶黄杨生理特性和提高抗逆性优于对照和D1、D2处理。 The physiological characteristics of Buxus megistophylla after transplanting was studied under different amount of nitrogen fertilizer applied to clarify the effect.It is expected to provide theoretical basis for scientific and reasonable application of nitrogen fertilizer in its seedling raising.The test was conducted under the field conditions and four treatments with amount of nitrogen fertilizer by 0(CK,D1),10(D2),20(D3)and 30(D4).Each treatment has 3 repetition.The results showed that the content of chlorophyll in leaves was increased by application of nitrogen and from May to September,D3 treatment compared with the control was increased by 0.21 mg·g^(-1),0.30 mg·g^(-1),0.58 mg·g^(-1),0.66mg·g^(-1),and 0.23mg·g^(-1),respectively;the activities of POD were significantly increased from July to September by applying nitrogen fertilizer and D3 compared with the control was increased by 58.37%,51.23%and 38.76%,respectively.From May to August,the activity of SOD was significantly increased by applying nitrogen fertilizer,and D3 was higher than the control by 38.42%,28.32%,31.82%and 24.85%,respectively.From June to September,the content of MDA in D3 decreased by 28.40%,12.42%,19.86%and 30.51%,respectively.According to the comprehensive analysis,D3 is better than the control and D1,D2 in improving the physiological characteristics and stress resistance of Buxus megistophylla.
