泗水县松材线虫病发生及其综合防治技术

Current Situation of Pine Wood Nematode Occurrence and Integrated Control Techniques Concerned in Sishui County of Shandong Province

为保持泗水县松材线虫病综合防控效果,逐步消灭其危害,对泗水县松材线虫病发生概况及其影响外部因素进行了分析,总结了泗水县松林自2016年开始发病,2019年确认为松材线虫病并开始防治后,县域唯一发病小班死亡株数、发病率分别由2019年20棵、0.27%逐步降低到2020年5棵、0.067%,以至2021年8月无发病株、发病率0,县域松材线虫病得到有效管控的技术措施,包括建设监测预警体系,完善检验检疫体系,全县松林病情普查,疫木除治和伐桩处理,施药防治媒介昆虫松褐天牛,病株打孔注射10%甲维·吡虫啉等。泗水县松材线虫病综合防控可为同类型地区提供借鉴。

The comprehensive measures for prevention and control of pine wood nematode in Longmen Mountain of Sishui County in the past three years was reviewed.The results showed that the infection rate declined from 0.27%,20 plants in 2019 to 0.067%,5 plants in 2020 and zero infection in 2021.It has been proved effective that the integrated measures including monitoring and early warning system,complete quarantine and inspection system,overall inventory,cleanup of infected wood and stumps,chemical spray to control long-horned beetle to prevent the transmission,and trunk injection of the medicine all combined could be applied in the similar regions.
