摘要 文章针对现有某产品生产线设计一台自动运料小车,通过无线WIFI与主站通信,根据主站指令将成品运送至指定区域。小车采用西门子S7-1200可编程逻辑控制器,使用步进电动机为行走执行机构,并配以射频识别(RFID)读取小车位置,通过磁条导航的方式实现自动运行。通过触摸屏和手势操作等方式实现人机交互。运行结果达到设计要求。 An automatic automated guided vehicle(AGV)is designed for an existing production line.The vehicle communicates with the master station through WIFI station and transport the finished products to the designated area according to the master station’s instructions.Siemens S7-1200 PLC is used as the controller,stepper motor is used as the walking actuator,RFID is used to read the position of the vehicle,and magnetic stripe navigation is used to realize automatic operation.Human computer interaction is realized by touch screen and gesture operation.The operation results meet the design requirements.
