Tliis paper focuses on how to build a smart logistics brain in hospitals:Based on BIM model,a comprehensive visual display platform for hospital logistics is built to integrate equipment,information and processes into an interrelated,complete and coordinated one.The design is carried out in accordance with the service mode of"one platform,one center and one stop",and tlie logistics support is transformed from passive service to active service.Establish a standardized,informationized,professional and visual unified logistics support service system to ensure that the established logistics management system and standardized procedures can be implemented.
