摘要
职业道德自律,统摄高校教师基于对本职业的敬仰,自觉或不自觉将职业约束转变为个人习惯的价值观念、情感表达、意志行为等。近代以来,随着社会生活的变革,师德自律历经崇高师德、职业师德及应用评价师德的理论嬗变。随着高校自身建设发展以及高校教师自身需要的转变,高校教师职业道德自律在中国特色社会主义新时代面临新的课题和诉求。高校教师只有将其职业道德内化于心、外化于行,才能真正发挥和实现其知识创新、学问探索、立德树人和引领社会发展的核心价值。以高校教师职业道德自律为核心的“师心自律”与“师行自律”双激励模式的建构,正是奖惩型评价机制向发展型评价机制的变革,具有重要的社会规范功能和时代价值。
Professional ethics self-discipline guides university teachers to consciously or unconsciously change professional constraints into personal habits of values,emotional expression,volitional behavior,etc.,based on their respect for their profession.Since the modern times,with the change of social life,teachers'self-discipline has undergone a theoretical evolution from lofty teachers'ethics,to professional ethics,to the application evaluation of teachers'ethics.With the development of colleges and universities and the change of teachers'needs,the teachers'professional ethics self-discipline is facing new issues and demands in the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics.Only by internalizing their professional ethics in mind and externalizing them in practice,can university teachers truly bring into play and realize their core values of knowledge innovation,knowledge exploration,moral education and leading social development.The construction of the dual incentive mode of"teacher′s mind self-discipline"and"teacher′s conduct self-discipline",with the professional ethics self-discipline as the core of college teachers,means the transformation of the reward-penalty evaluation mechanism into the development-type evaluation mechanism,which has more important social normative function and reflects more new values of new times.
