产教融合培养卓越水产人才的实践与思考——以集美大学为例

Exploration and Practice on Cultivation of Outstanding Talents in Aquaculture under the Guidance of Teaching-production Integration:Based on the Case of Jimei University

卓越农林人才教育培养计划是深化农林高校综合改革的重要抓手,其核心是强化实践创新能力培养,提升高校服务地方经济建设的能力。文章在介绍集美大学涉农专业及其学科背景基础上,重点阐述了涉农专业以立德树人为根本,以学科建设为内涵,深化产教融合,强化生产实践教学;加强科教融合,突显创新能力培养,全面提升水产人才培养质量的实践与探索。同时,对培养卓越水产人才教育实践中出现的主要问题进行了思考。

The cultivation plan for outstanding talents in agricultural and forestry area is an important starting point for deepening the comprehensive reform of agri-forestry universities.Its core lies in strengthening the training of practical and innovative ability and enhancing the ability of universities to serve the regional economic construction.Based on the introduction of agriculture related specialties and their discipline backgrounds in Jimei University,This paper mainly argues that agriculture-related majors should take moral education as the basis,subject construction as the connotation,deepen the teaching-production integration,and strengthen the production practice teaching.Besides,more efforts should be made at practicing and exploring the integration of science and education,highlighting the cultivation of innovative ability and comprehensively improving the quality of aquatic talents cultivation.At the same time,the main problems in the education practice of cultivating excellent aquatic talents are considered.
