摘要
选取工作家庭互动量表、生活满意度量表、核心自我评价量表对202名高校青年教师进行问卷调查,以探讨工作家庭互动对高校青年教师生活满意度的影响机制与核心自我评价在该影响过程中的调节效应。结果表明:四种不同类型的工作家庭互动关系与生活满意程度存在显著相关性,并会产生溢出效应。当高校青年教师在面对工作对家庭消极互动和家庭对工作积极互动的两种关系时,核心自我评价会起到调节作用,并会分别出现“杯水车薪”和“锦上添花”的效果。为此,需要给予青年教师更多关注,构建高校青年教师发展的支持机制,完善促进教师心理健康的制度设计,推动高校青年教师评价的分类转型。
The work-family interaction scale,the life satisfaction scale,and the core self-evaluation scale were selected to conduct a questionnaire survey on 202 junior university faculties to explore the impact mechanism of work-family interaction on their life satisfaction as well as the adjustment effect of the core self-evaluation on the influence process.The results show that the four different types of work-family interactions are significantly correlated with life satisfaction,and have spillover effects.When juior teachers in colleges and universities face the two kinds of relationship,the negative interaction between work and the family and the positive interaction between the family and the work,the core self-evaluation will play a moderating role,and the effthisects of"dropping the bucket"and"icing on the cake"will appear respectively.For reason,it is necessary to pay more attention to junior teachers,to build a support mechanism for their development,to improve the system design to promote the mental health of teachers,and promote the classification transformation of the evaluation of junior teachers in colleges and universities.
