云台天然气管道泄漏检测仪影响因素分析 被引量:4

摘要 云台天然气管道泄漏检测仪是一种新型管道泄漏检测仪。对其在天然气站场中具体使用表现进行分析,能够为未来站场激光泄漏检测仪的安装布局提供理论依据。基于JJF 1059.1—2012《测量不确定度评定和表示》的不确定度评定方法,对云台天然气管道检测仪实际工作效果进行了研究。在天然气实际站场环境下,综合探测距离、探测时间和探测浓度等角度提出效果验证方案,用数据分析检测仪的可靠性,并针对天然气站场露天工艺区泄漏检测安全可靠性进行归纳总结。测试结果表明:泄漏检测仪的激光扫描效率与探测距离、探测时间和探测浓度等因素存在影响关系。合理的安装布局可以提高激光泄漏检测仪在天然气站场的应用效率及可靠性,减少安装、采购成本。 The PTZ natural gas pipeline leak detector is a new type of pipeline leak detector.Theoretical basis for the installation and layout of laser leak detectors in future stations can be provided by means of analysis on its specific use of performance in natural gas stations.The research on actual working effect of the PTZ natural gas pipeline detector is carried out based on the uncertainty evaluation method,JJF1059.11—2012,“Measuring Uncertainty Evaluation and Expression”.The safety and reliability of leakage detection in the open-air process area of the natural gas station are summarized for comprehensive detection distance,detection time and detection concentration proposed to verify the effect in the actual natural gas station environment,and the reliability of the detector is analyzed with data.The test results show that the laser scanning efficiency of the leak detector is influenced with factors such as detection distance,detection time and detection concentration.A reasonable installation layout can improve the application efficiency and reliability of the laser leak detector in natural gas stations,and the installation and purchase cost can be reduced.
