观察足月妊娠孕妇采用双球囊导管促宫颈成熟及引产的效果

To Observe the Effect of Double Balloon Catheter in Promoting Cervical Maturation and Induction of Labor in Full Term Pregnant Women

目的探讨足月妊娠孕妇采用双球囊导管促宫颈成熟及引产的临床效果。方法随机选取本院接收的150例具备引产指征的足月妊娠孕妇,时间选自2019年1月—2020年12月,随机分组,对照组(50例)采用地诺前列酮栓引产,观察组(100例)实施双球囊导管引产,对比两组孕妇分娩方式、新生儿5 min Apgar评分、宫颈Bishop评分、第一产程、并发症发生率。结果观察组第一产程及治疗后宫颈Bishop评分比对照组优,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);新生儿5 min Apgar评分方面,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组阴道分娩率比对照组高,而剖宫产率比对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组子宫强直收缩和新生儿窒息发生率(0%与0%)比对照组(6.00%与4.00%)低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组产后尿潴留发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论双球囊导管在具备引产指征的足月妊娠孕妇分娩中具有显著效果,其可以加快宫颈成熟速度,改善分娩结局,而且该方法有助于阴道分娩率提高。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of double balloon catheter on cervical maturation and labor induction in full-term pregnant women.Methods 150 full-term pregnant women with indications for labor induction were randomly selected from January 2019 to December 2020.They were randomly divided into two groups.The control group(50 cases)was induced by dinoprostone suppository,and the observation group(100 cases)was induced by double balloon catheter.The delivery mode of pregnant women,5 minute Apgar score of newborns,cervical Bishop score,the first stage of labor delivery and the incidence of complicaitons.Results The Bishop score of uterine neck in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in 5 minute Apgar score between the two groups(P>0.05).The vaginal delivery rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,while the cesarean section rate was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of uterine tetanic contraction and neonatal asphyxia in the observation group(0%and 0%)was lower than that in the control group(6.00%and 4.00%)(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of postpartum urinary retention between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Double balloon catheter has a significant effect in the delivery of full-term pregnant women with indications of labor induction.It can accelerate the speed of cervical maturation and improve the delivery outcome,and this method is helpful to improve the rate of vaginal delivery.
