急性心肌梗死应用急诊经皮冠状动脉介入治疗的效果

Effect of Emergency Percutaneous Coronary Intervention for Acute Myocardial Infarction

目的探讨急诊经皮冠状动脉介入治疗对急性心肌梗死患者临床疗效与患者预后的影响。方法选取2018年5月—2019年5月医院收治的急性心肌梗死患者98例,随机分为两组,对照组应用常规治疗,研究组应用急诊经皮冠状动脉介入治疗。比较两组患者的临床治疗效果、生活质量以及治疗前后心率、BNP和LVEF数据。结果研究组治疗效果显著优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者的生活质量优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组治疗前后心率、BNP和LVEF数据显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在急性心肌梗死患者的临床治疗中,应用急诊经皮冠状动脉介入治疗,可明显提高患者的临床治疗效果,且患者治疗后生活质量较好,改善了患者的心率、BNP和LVEF水平。

Objective To investigate the effect of emergency percutaneous coronary intervention on the clinical efficacy and prognosis of patients with acute myocardial infarction.Methods A total of 98 patients with acute myocardial infarction admitted to our hospital from May 2018 to May 2019 were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The control group was received conventional treatment and the study group was received emergency percutaneous coronary intervention.The clinical treatment effects,quality of life,heart rate,BNP and LVEF data before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The treatment effect of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05);the quality of life of patients in the study group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05);the heart rate,BNP and LVEF data of the study group before and after treatment were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical treatment of patients with acute myocardial infarction,the application of emergency percutaneous coronary intervention can significantly improve the clinical treatment effect of the patients,and the quality of life of the patients after treatment is better,and the heart rate,BNP and LVEF levels of the patients are improved.
