经穴推拿配合康复体操治疗膝关节炎的效果

Effect of Acupuncture Point Massage Combined With Rehabilitation Gymnastics for the Treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis

目的分析经穴推拿配合康复体操治疗膝关节炎的效果。方法对医院2018年2月—2019年12月接诊的110例膝关节炎患者进行研究,根据就诊时的编号尾数是否为偶数随机分组。对照组55例,采用玻璃酸钠治疗;研究组55例,在对照组基础上加用经穴推拿配合康复体操治疗。不间断治疗1个月后,比较两组VAS疼痛评分、Lysholm膝关节评分、炎症因子水平、治疗总有效率。结果两组患者治疗前VAS评分与Lysholm膝关节评分以及炎症因子水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组VAS疼痛评分、各项炎症因子水平更低,Lysholm膝关节评分更高,与对照组相比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者治疗总有效率为96.36%,明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在常规治疗基础上采用经穴推拿配合康复体操治疗膝关节炎可以明显减轻患者局部炎症与疼痛感,可以改善患者膝关节功能,疗效确切。

Objective To analyze the acupuncture point massage rehabilitation gymnastics for the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods A study was conducted on 110 patients with knee arthritis admitted to the hospital from February 2018 to December 2019,and randomly grouped according to whether the mantissa of the number at the time of consultation was an even number.In the control group,55 cases were treated with sodium hyaluronate;in the study group,55 cases were treated with meridian acupoint massage combined with rehabilitation gymnastics on the basis of the control group.After 1 month of uninterrupted treatment,the VAS pain score,Lysholm knee joint score,inflammatory factor levels,and total effective rate of treatment were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference between the two groups of patients before treatment in VAS score and Lysholm knee score and inflammatory factor levels(P>0.05);after treatment,the study group had lower VAS pain score and various inflammatory factor levels,while Lysholm knee score was even higher.The difference was statistically significant compared with the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 96.36%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of conventional treatment,the use of acupoint massage combined with rehabilitation gymnastics to treat knee arthritis can significantly reduce the local inflammation and pain of the patient,and can improve the knee joint function of the patient.The effect is definite.
