高流量鼻导管流量和温度对急性低氧性呼吸衰竭患者舒适度的运用效果 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨高流量鼻导管流量和温度对急性低氧性呼吸衰竭患者舒适度的运用效果。方法纳入医院2018年7月—2020年1月收治的急性低氧性呼吸衰竭患者共95例,将95例患者分为对照组以及研究组,对照组接受37℃30 L/min鼻导管通气治疗,研究组接受31℃60 L/min鼻导管通气治疗,对比两组患者的临床效果。结果研究组的吸氧时间、低氧血症持续时间、住院时长低于对照组,舒适度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组的PaO_(2)、SaO_(2)高于对照组,PaCO_(2)低于对照组(P<0.05)。并发症发生率对比,研究组(10.00%)低于对照组(28.89%)(P<0.05)。研究组的护理操作难易度以及护理满意度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论急性低氧性呼吸衰竭患者接受低温高流量鼻导管流量治疗,能够保证舒适度,提升患者的治疗效果,改善预后。 Objective To investigate the effect of high-flow nasal catheter flow and temperature on the comfort of patients with acute hypoxic respiratory failure.Methods A total of 95 patients with acute hypoxic respiratory failure admitted to our hospital from July 2018 to January 2020 were enrolled.The 95 patients were divided into control group and research group.The control group was received 37℃30 L/min nasal catheter flow therapy and the research group received 31℃60 L/min nasal catheter flow therapy.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results The oxygen inhalation time,hypoxemia duration and hospitalization time of the study group were lower than those of the control group,and the comfort score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).PaO_(2) and SaO_(2) in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and PaCO_(2) was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group(10.00%)was lower than that in the control group(28.89%)(P<0.05).The scores of nursing operation difficulty and nursing satisfaction in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with acute hypoxic respiratory failure receive low temperature and high flow nasal catheter flow therapy,which can ensure comfort,improve the treatment effect of patients and improve the prognosis.
