摘要
目的探讨艾宾浩斯记忆曲线理论在乳腺癌完全植入式静脉输液港(totally implantable venous-access port,TIVAP)患者健康宣教中的应用效果。方法采用随机数字表法,选取78例患者作为观察组,采用艾宾浩斯记忆曲线理论法对TIVAP患者进行健康宣教;选取78例患者作为对照组,采用常规方法进行健康宣教。结果观察组患者自我行为能力评分、对输液港相关知识掌握程度以及对健康教育工作的满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用艾宾浩斯记忆曲线理论法对TIVAP带港患者进行健康宣教,不仅提高了患者对TIVAP相关知识的掌握程度,而且提高了健康教育工作的满意度。
Objective To explore the application effect of Ebbinghaus memory curve theory in health education of breast cancer patients with TIVAP.Methods Using random number table method,78 patients were selected as the observational group,Ebbinghaus memory curve theory was used to carry out health education for TIVAP patients;78 patients were selected as the control group,and conventional health education was carried out by conventional methods.Results The scores of self behavior ability,mastery of infusion port related knowledge and satisfaction of health education in the observational group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Using Ebbinghaus memory curve theory to carry out health education for TIVAP patients can not only improve their mastery of TIVAP related knowledge,but also improve their satisfaction with health education.
