蓝光照射治疗新生儿黄疸的综合护理服务模式及效果分析

Comprehensive Nursing Service Model and Effect Analysis of Blue Light Irradiation on Neonatal Jaundice

目的分析综合护理服务应用于蓝光照射治疗新生儿黄疸患儿护理的临床效果。方法选取84例2019年1月—2020年1月医院收治的新生儿病理性黄疸患儿,随机分为研究组和对照组,各42例,在蓝光照射治疗的同时,对照组接受常规护理服务,研究组给予综合护理服务,比较两组护理效果。结果研究组满意度为95.24%,对照组满意度为71.43%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组黄疸消退时间为(2.75±0.64)d,排便次数为(1.65±0.34)次/d,分别与对照组的(3.68±0.72)d、(1.21±0.25)次/d比较,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。研究组与对照组不良反应发生率分别为4.76%和21.43%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在蓝光照射治疗新生儿黄疸患儿护理过程中,应用综合护理服务可有效缩短患儿症状缓解时间,增强临床治疗效果,减少患儿不良反应发生,有助于患儿快速恢复。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing service in the treatment of neonatal jaundice by blue light irradiation.Methods 84 cases of pathological jaundice treated in the hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were randomly divided into study group and control group,42 cases in each group.They were treated with blue light irradiation,the control group was received routine nursing service,the study group gave comprehensive nursing service and compared the nursing effect between the two groups.Results The satisfaction rate of the study group was 95.24%,and that of the control group was 71.43%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Study group jaundice regression the time was(2.75±0.64)days,and the number of defecation was(1.65±0.34)times/day,compared with the control group(3.68±0.72)days,(1.21±0.25)times/day,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.And the incidence of adverse reactions in the study group and the control group was 4.76%and 21.43%,respectively,and the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of comprehensive nursing service in the treatment of neonatal jaundice by blue light irradiation can effectively shorten the time of symptom relief,enhance the effect of clinical treatment and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions.It can also helps children recover quickly.
