当前,我国数字经济规模不断扩张,在国民经济中的贡献度不断增强,数字化治理能力加速提升,产业数字化应用潜能迸发释放。数字经济与实体经济深度融合,有利于有效整合现有资源、拓展实体经济的发展空间、推动产业转型升级、提升实体经济的国际竞争力。“十四五”时期,要充分认识我国数字经济与实体经济融合发展面临的挑战,从完善体制机制和政策体系、强化基础技术和共性技术研发、打造平台经济新模式激发新动能、加快促进企业的数字化转型升级、深化数字经济国际交流合作等方面重点发力,打造数字经济全产业链,加快推进数字产业化和产业数字化,打造经济高质量发展新的增长极、增长点,助力数字中国建设。

Nowadays,as the scale of China's digital economy is expanding day after day,its contribution to the national economy is increasing continuously,the digital administration capacity is accelerating rapidly,and the potential power of industrial digital applications is bursting out.The deep integration of digital economy and real economy is propitious to effective integration of existing resources,expanding development space of real economy,promoting industrial transformation and upgrading,and enhancing the international competitiveness of real economy.During the"14^(th)Five-Year Plan"period,it should be fully understood that the integration of China's digital economy and real economy is facing challenges,so the country should make contributions to the construction of digital China by the following paths:perfecting the institutional mechanism and policy system,strengthening the research and development of basic technologies and common technologies,creating a new model of platform economy to stimulate new kinetic energy,accelerating the digital transformation and upgrading of enterprises,and deepening the international cooperation of digital economy,building the whole industrial chain of digital economy,pushing forward digital industrialization and digitalization of industries,and forging new growth poles and growth points for high-quality economic development.
