人工智能应用背景下高职院校制药类人才培养探究

Research on the Cultivation of Pharmaceutical Talents in Higher Vocational Colleges under the Background of Artificial Intelligence Application

人工智能已经融入到我们工作、学习、生活的方方面面。对于制药企业来说,人工智能在药品研发、药品生产以及药品销售等方面也推动了传统制药企业的技术与理念变革。着眼于制药类企业人工智能应用与发展的实际,通过调研分析,找到人工智能与制药行业的契合点,进而明晰高职制药类专业人才培养的定位,优化调整专业的知识、素质、能力结构。找出教师能力及学生技能培养中存在的问题,提出相应的解决方案,以满足人工智能时代制药企业岗位变化所带来的人才培养变革需求。

Artificial intelligence has been integrated into all aspects of our work,study and life.For pharmaceutical enterprises,artificial intelligence has also promoted the technological and conceptual changes of traditional pharmaceutical enterprises in drug research and development,drug production and drug sales.Focusing on the actual application and development of artificial intelligence in pharmaceutical enterprises,the convergence points of artificial intelligence and pharmaceutical industry have been found through investigation and analysis,the orientation of talent training of pharmaceutical specialty in higher vocational colleges is clarified,and the knowledge,quality and ability structure of specialty are optimized and adjusted.The problems existing in the training of teachers'ability and students'skills are discovered,and corresponding solutions are put forward to meet the needs of talent training reform brought by the changes of pharmaceutical enterprises in the era of artificial intelligence.
