辅导员工作室是新时代辅导员结合时代特征、学生特点、自身特长形成的学生管理工作创新路径,是辅导员队伍建设的抓手和自我成长的新平台。从辅导员工作室的内涵和价值意蕴入手,分析高职院校辅导员队伍现状,结合辽宁农业职业技术学院螺丝钉辅导员工作室的具体实践,提出高职院校辅导员工作室建设的实践路径,以期为其他高职院校辅导员工作室建设提供参考。

Counselors'studio is an innovative work path formed by counselors in the new era combined with the characteristics of the times,students and their own characteristics.It is a new platform for counselors'team construction and self-growth.Starting from the connotation and value implication of the counselor studio,the current situation of the counselor team in higher vocational colleges are analyzed.Combined with the specific practice of the screw counselor studio in Liaoning Agricultural Technical College,the practical path of the construction of the counselor studio in higher vocational colleges is put forward,which will provide reference for the construction of the counselor studio in other higher vocational colleges.
