摘要
乡村名师是乡村教师群体中的领军力量,其专业发展获得感关乎个体生活质量、职业吸引力、教育公平与发展进程,是连接乡村教育振兴与个体幸福体验的交汇点。本研究运用获得感结构模型和自我觉察分析框架,对乡村名师的成长档案进行文本分析,归类出乡村名师专业发展在获得内容、获得途径、获得环境、获得体验与获得共享上的群体样态,以为乡村教师专业发展获得感提升提供些许启示。
The rural famous teachers are the leading force in the rural teachers group.Their acquisition sense of professional development is related to the quality of individual life,occupational attraction,education equity and development process,and is the intersection of rural education revitalization and individual happiness experience.This study uses the structure model of sense of acquisition and self-awareness analysis framework to analyze the growth files of rural famous teachers and classifies the group patterns of rural famous teachers’professional development in terms of acquisition content,acquisition approach,acquisition environment,acquisition experience and acquisition sharing,which provides enlightenment for the promotion of rural teachers’professional development sense of acquisition.
