Research on Optimization of Enterprise Facility Layout Process Under Lean Logistics

针对生产车间物料运送方式造成运输成本增加的问题,奥斯达科技公司对车间设施布局流程展开优化研究。企业从精益物流理念出发,根据车间布局和产品工艺流程构建优化方案,采用量距积分析法建立目标函数来对比优化前后物流运输总量的大小。经实践检验,优化后的物流总量显著减少,且工艺符合生产流程,降低了生产成本,增加了企业竞争优势。

Aiming at the increased transportation costs caused by material transportation in the production workshop,Aosta Technology Co.,Ltd.carried out an optimization study on the layout of workshop facilities.Starting from the concept of lean logistics,the enterprise constructed an optimization plan based on the layout of the workshop and the product process flow,and adopted the span product analysis method to establish an objective function to compare the size of the total logistics transportation before and after optimization.Through practical tests,the total logistics volume after optimization had been significantly reduced,and the process was in line with the production process,reduced production costs and increased the company's competitive advantage.
