摘要
基于OBE教学理念,文章探究了OBE五大实施要点(确定学习成果、构建课程体系、确定教学策略、自我参照评价、逐级达到顶峰)在英美报刊选读混合式教学中的具体实施。教学实践表明:用OBE教学理念反向设计教学,构建“三联三导”教学模式,适时融入思政元素,提高学生语言技能同时,引导学生用全面客观的眼光看待中国、看待世界;学生不仅通过外媒报道看到新闻事件的全貌,更能用英语去传递中国声音并还原事件真相,在世界面前掌握话语权,讲好中国故事。OBE视域下的课程思政混合式教学既传递了知识,也实现了价值引领,顺利从课堂内“小思政”教育过渡到课堂外“大思政”格局。
Based on OBE(Outcome-Based Education),this paper explored the application of five OBE execution elements(confirming learning results,constructing course system,deciding teaching mode,self-reference appraisal,gradually reaching peak),into the“Ideological and Political”teaching process of Selective Reading of English Press course.The blended teaching practice,featured by“3 links 3 guides”,held that the teaching model guided students to view China and the world with objective eyes,led students to have a panoramic view of the news report,restore the actual news with English so as to tell Chinese stories to the world.In other words,the“Ideological and Political”teaching reform under the guidance of OBE not only transmitted knowledge,but also oriented values in a positive way.Finally,micro“Ideological and Political”education is smoothly transformed to macro“Ideological and Political”pattern.
