Difficulties and Countermeasures of"digitalization"and"intellectualization"in Yangtze River pollution control

在深入总结长江治污数字化发展现状与问题的基础上,提出了若干针对性建议,即以提升生态系统的稳定性和可持续性为目标,建立“数字长江”信息管控平台、建立和完善跨区域、跨部门协调机制、提升生态环境治理的现代化水平、实施精细化的排污许可证后监管模式。

At present,the provinces and cities along the Yangtze River have tried to transform the Yangtze River pollution control into digital and intelligent development. However,there are still many obstacles,such as fragmented governance,poor information convergence,institutional barriers between departments and so on. As a new force of high-quality development under the background of China’s new development pattern,the Yangtze River Economic Belt should play a leading and exemplary role in promoting the modernization of Yangtze River governance capacity by using information technology revolution. Systematic management,co construction and sharing,and accurate implementation of policies are the important focus of the future digital transformation of Yangtze River pollution control.
