通过调研部分省河长制工作考核办法、方案或细则,总结分析了河长制工作考核机制建设实施现状及其基本经验,探讨了现行考核机制对跨省界河流保护管理的适用性,并针对存在的问题,提出完善跨省界河流的河长制工作联合考评机制的对策建议,为完善河长制工作考核机制提供参考。

Through the survey of the river long system work assessment method,scheme or detailed rules,this paper analyzes the present situation and its basic experience of the construction of the river chief system and discusses the applicability of the current appraisal mechanism to the protection and management of the transprovincial river.Aiming at the problem of existence,the paper puts forward the countermeasures and Suggestions for improving the joint Appraisal mechanism of the river chief system,to provide the reference for the improvement of the process of the system.
