经络腧穴学线上线下混合式教学改革研究与实践 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究线上线下混合式教学对经络腧穴学教学效果的提升作用及其对学生自主学习的引导作用。方法以2017级和2018级针灸推拿学专业专科学生为研究对象,在经络腧穴学教学中实施以“教学改革”为基础、“评价改革”为保障的线上线下混合式教学改革,与2015、2016级学生的成绩进行比较,并调查学生满意度和线上学习习惯。结果采用混合式教学能显著提高学生经络腧穴学理论考试成绩、总成绩和及格率,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);学生平时成绩与理论成绩、总成绩相关性更强。此外,还能加强学生自主学习意识、提高学生的满意度。结论经络腧穴学线上线下混合式教学模式能有效引导学生自主学习、提高教学效果。 Objective To study the effect of mixed teaching mode online and offline in teaching of meridians and acupoints in improving course achievement and guiding self-directed learning.Methods The mixed teaching mode online and offline was applied into the course of meridians and acupoints in two grades of students majoring in acupuncture and tuina.Compared the course grade with students receiving traditional teaching in the past,and students’satisfaction as well as habits of online learning was investigated.Results Comparing with students receiving traditional teaching,the peacetime grade of students receiving mixed teaching declined and the achievements in theoretical examinations,total scores,passing rates of theoretical scores and total scores improved.Peacetime performance was better correlated with theoretical scores and total scores.Students’self-directed learning was enhanced and their satisfaction increased.Conclution Mixed teaching mode online and offline in teaching of meridians and acupoints can effectively guide self-learning and improve teaching efficiency,which is worth promoting.
