摘要
目的探讨线上线下混合式教学法在专科临床医学专业人体解剖学理论教学中的应用效果。方法以南阳医学高等专科学校2019级专科临床医学专业学生为研究对象,选取2个大班(每班80人),随机分为实验组和对照组。实验组采用线上线下混合式教学法,对照组采用传统教学法。课程结束后对2组学生的成绩进行分析,对教学方法及教学效果进行评价。结果实验组学生的平均成绩、优秀率及良好率均明显高于对照组(P<0.01);实验组学生对教学方法的认同程度高于对照组(P<0.01);线上线下混合式教学法能够有效提高学生自主学习能力、分析问题解决问题能力、语言表达沟通能力、创新精神和实践能力、团队合作能力等。结论实验组学生的认同度高,能够有效提高学生的学习成绩,有利于学生综合能力的培养。
Objective To explore the application effect of online and offline mixed teaching method in human anatomy theory teaching of clinical medicine specialty.Methods The 2019 clinical medicine major students in our school were randomly selected as the research objects.80 students adopted the mixed online and offline teaching method(experimental group)and 80 students adopted the traditional teaching method(control group).At the end of the course,the results of the two groups of students were analyzed,and the teaching methods and teaching effects were evaluated.Results The average score,excellence rate and good rate of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.01).The results showed that the students in the experimental group approved the teaching method more than those in the control group(P<0.01).The blended online and offline teaching method can effectively improve students independent learning ability,problem-solving ability,language expression and communication ability,innovative spirit and practical ability,teamwork ability and so on.Conclusion The blended online and offline teaching method has a high degree of recognition,which can effectively improve students’academic performance and is beneficial to the cultivation of students'comprehensive ability.
