五诊十纲现代中医临床思维在中医内科学心悸病中的教学应用

The Application of Modern Traditional Chinese Medicine Clinical Thinking of“Five Diagnoses and Ten Principles”in the Teaching of Palpitation of Internal Medicine of Traditional Chinese Medicine

中医内科学心悸病作为一个症状及特殊脉象相结合的疾病,当代学者结合现代医学诊疗技术进行了有益探索。如何将中医辨证论治思路与不断进展的现代医学技术进行融汇教学,在课堂与带教中逐步培养学生的现代中医临床思维,是中医内科学教学中需要关注的问题。国医大师邓铁涛提出“五诊十纲”现代中医临床思维,极大丰富了中医辨病辨证范围,同时为现代中医的临床教学提供了新思维及新方法。文章在中医内科学教学方法上结合“五诊十纲”思维对心悸病的教学应用进行了探讨。

As a disease of combination of symptoms and special pulse conditions,palpitation in internal medicine of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has been explored by contemporary scholars in combination with modern medical diagnosis and treatment techniques.How to integrate the thoughts of TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment with the continuous development of modern medical technology in teaching,and gradually cultivate the students'modern TCM clinical thinking in classroom and teaching,is a problem that needs to be paid attention to in the teaching of TCM internal medicine.Deng Tietao,a master of Chinese medicine,proposed the modern TCM clinical thinking of“five diagnoses and ten principles”,which greatly enriched the scope of TCM disease differentiation and syndrome differentiation,and meanwhile provided new thinking and new methods for clinical teaching of modern TCM.This paper discusses the teaching application of heart palpitation based on the teaching method of internal medicine and the thinking of“five diagnoses and ten principles”.
