肖国辉教授治疗消化性溃疡经验辑要

Experience of Professor Xiao Guohui in the Treatment of Peptic Ulcer

此文通过总结肖国辉教授治疗消化性溃疡的学术思想及临床经验,认为消化性溃疡的中医病名应为“胃疡”,由湿邪困脾、饮食伤胃、肝气犯胃、脾胃虚弱引起,且发现情志及湿邪等因素在消化性溃疡的发病及其复发中发挥重要作用。中医辨证强调整体观念,将微观辨证和宏观辨证相结合,在宏观原则上发展微观辨证,在微观基础上丰富宏观辨证。但应遵循“宏观为主,微观为次;宏观不足,参考微观”的原则。中医治疗方面应遵循辨证论治的原则,无证可辨时,寻求微观辨证,精准用药。本文总结发现肖国辉教授善于运用相畏药物治疗难治性消化性溃疡。

This paper introduces Professor Xiao Guohui’s academic thought and clinical experience in the treatment of peptic ulcer.It is considered that the name of peptic ulcer in traditional Chinese medicine is“gastric ulcer”,which is mainly due to dampness and pathogenic factors such as spleen entrapment,stomach injury caused by diet,invasion of liver and qi,and weakness of spleen and stomach.In terms of diagnosis,western medicine distinguishes diseases and traditional Chinese medicine distinguishes syndromes.Syndrome differentiation pays special attention to the concept of the whole,combines the micro syndrome differentiation with the macro syndrome differentiation,develops the micro syndrome differentiation on the macro principle,and enriches the macro syndrome differentiation on the micro basis.But we should follow the principle of“macro first,micro second;macro insufficient,reference micro”.Treatment follows the principle of syndrome differentiation and treatment.When there is no evidence to distinguish,seek Micro syndrome differentiation and precise medication;be good at using incompatibility medicine to treat refractory peptic ulcer with typical cases.
