熄痉汤联合奥卡西平对癫痫患儿认知功能及NPY、NGF的影响

Effects of Xijing Decoction Combined with Oxcarbazepine on Cognitive Function,NPY and NGF in Children with Epilepsy

目的探讨熄痉汤联合奥卡西平对癫痫患儿认知功能及神经肽Y(Neuropeptide Y,NPY)、神经生长因子(Nerve growth factor,NGF)的影响。方法选取中国医科大学附属盛京医院收治的90例癫痫患儿,随机分为对照组和观察组,各45例。对照组给予奥卡西平治疗,观察组给予熄痉汤联合奥卡西平治疗,2组的治疗周期均为6个月。2组患儿治疗前后的中医证候积分、认知功能以及血清NPY、NGF水平比较。结果治疗后,2组患儿中医证候积分均降低,且观察组明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,对照组患儿总记忆智商及观察组的语言智商、操作智商、总智商、总记忆智商均升高,且观察组明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,2组患儿的血清NPY、NGF水平较治疗前均降低,且观察组明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论熄痉汤联合奥卡西平可通过降低血清NPY、NGF的水平改善患儿的临床症状,提高认知功能。

Objective To discuss the effect of Xijing decoction combined with oxcarbazepine on cognitive function,NPY and NGF in children with epilepsy.Methods 90 children with epilepsy admitted to Shengjing Hospital affiliated to China Medical University were divided into control group(n=45)and observation group(n=45).The control group was treated with oxcarbazepine and the observation group was treated with Xijing decoction combined with oxcarbazepine.The duration of treatment was 6 months in both groups.The scores of TCM syndromes,cognitive function,serum NPY and Ngf levels were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,after treatment,the total memory IQ of the children in the control group and the language IQ,Operation IQ,total memory IQ and total memory IQ of the observation group all increased,and the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,serum NPY and NGF levels in the two groups were significantly lower than those in the Control Group(P<0.05).Conclusion Xijing decoction combined with oxcarbazepine can reduce the level of NPY and NGF in serum,improve the clinical symptoms and improve the cognitive function of children.
