中西医治疗糖尿病前期的研究进展

Research Progress on Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in the Treatment of Prediabetes

糖尿病前期,又名糖调节受损,是处于正常血糖值与糖尿病高血糖之间的异常状况,目前我国糖尿病的发病率增长迅速,寻找合适的预防、干预、阻断方法至关重要。糖尿病前期治疗方法主要包括生活方式干预、西药治疗(二甲双胍、α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制剂、噻唑烷二酮类、二肽基肽酶Ⅳ(DPP-4)抑制剂、胰高血糖素样肽-1(GLP-1)受体激动剂等)和中药治疗。本文就糖尿病前期的中西医治疗方法进行总结,为糖尿病前期的防治提供一定的参考。

Prediabetes,also known as impaired sugar regulation,is an abnormal condition between normal blood glucose level and diabetic hyperglycemia.Currently,the incidence of diabetes in China is growing rapidly,and prevention,intervention and interdiction are of vital importance.The treatment of prediabetes mainly includes lifestyle intervention,western medicine treatment(Metformin,α-glucosidase inhibitor,TZDS,Dipeptidyl peptidaseⅣinhibitor,Glucagon like peptide-1 receptor agonist,etc)and Chinese medicine treatment.This paper summarizes the Chinese and western medicine treatment of prediabetes,and provides some reference for the prevention and treatment of pre-diabetes.
