摘要 盾构法隧道工程是极其复杂的一项工程,选用不合适的盾构机容易导致施工效率低下,甚至造成工程事故和不良的社会影响。盾构机的选择直接影响盾构掘进开挖面的稳定性,盾构掘进时的施工参数设定对盾构掘进开挖面稳定有着直接影响。文章从盾构机地质适应性、周边环境适应性等方面进行分析;根据初定盾构机对各项因素的影响进行评估,通过多层分析法对盾构机选型结果进行评估。以期对盾构机选型的适用性评估具有借鉴意义。 Shield method tunnel engineering is an extremely complex project.The unsuitable shield machine selected can easily lead to low efficiency in construction,even engineering accidents or adverse social impacts.The selection of the shield machine directly affects the stability of the shield tunneling face and the setting of the construction parameters during the shield tunneling has a direct impact on the stability of the shield tunneling face.In the article,geological adaptability,surrounding environment adaptability,etc.of the shield machine are analyzed;the influence of various factors is evaluated per the preliminary shield machine and the results of the shield machine selection are evaluated with the multi-layer analysis method.It is expected to provide reference for the applicability evaluation of the shield machine selection.
