摘要 文章结合深圳市轨道交通BIM技术的应用,通过Revit与FLAC 3D两软件的交互,为城市轨道交通工程中轻量化数值模拟提供方法,并对基坑施工过程中的周围土体及管道位移扰动进行模拟分析,通过间接监测避免直接监测过程中地表开挖及管道保护所产生的施工成本及风险,实现为项目增值的目标。深圳市轨道交通工程通过应用三维技术交底、“BIM+视频监控”方式、智能调线调坡技术、轨行区预防侵限技术,大幅提高轨行区施工效率,实现城市轨道交通轨行区机电设备智能化安装和绿色建造。 In this article,through research on the application of BIM in Shenzhen rail transit,the interaction between the Revit and the FLAC 3D is achieved.A method is provided for the numerical simulation of being lightweight in urban rail transit engineering,simulation analysis is carried out on the displacement disturbance of surrounding soil and pipelines during the construction of the foundation pit,and construction costs and risks caused due to surface excavation and pipeline protection during direct monitoring are avoided in indirect monitoring,to achieve the goal of adding value to the project.In the Shenzhen rail transit project,through the application of 3D model technical disclosure,"BIM+video surveillance"mode,intelligent adjustment of gradient and route technology,and clearance intrusion prevention technology within the operating track region,the construction efficiency of the operating track region is greatly improved,achieving intelligent construction and green construction of electromechanical installation in the urban operating track region.
