混凝土镜面效果质量提升技术研究

Research on mirror effect quality improvement technology of concrete

清水混凝土工艺的混凝土表观质量能够达到“镜面”效果,可实现免装修交工,节约建设投资。文章以深圳市轨道交通12号线赤湾停车场运用库立柱为例,具体阐述镜面混凝土的工艺特点、设计参数优化及施工质量控制要点,并制定出一套数据化、流程化的施工工艺标准,对后续同类型工程具有借鉴和推广作用。

The concrete appearance quality of the fair-faced concrete process can reach the"mirror"effect,to achieve decoration-free handover,and save construction investment.In this article,the columns in the operation depot of the Chiwan parking area of Shenzhen rail transit line 12 are taken as examples,to explain the process characteristics and the design parameter optimization and construction quality control points of mirror concrete in detail,and a set of data-based and process-based construction technology standards are formulated,which can be used as a reference and promotion for follow-up projects of the same type.
