摘要
中试采用隔离循环曝气生物滤池(BAF)+芬顿氧化组合工艺处理某污水处理厂难降解印染废水。结果表明,当BAF进水量为0.5 m^(3)/h,水温为25~30℃,氨氮容积负荷为0.05 kg/(m^(3)·d)时,可将COD质量浓度从180 mg/L降至120 mg/L,COD去除率可达33.3%,SS去除率可达50%。芬顿实验结果表明,当用复合酸调节pH为3.5,水温为45℃,双氧水用量为2000 mg/kg,硫酸亚铁用量为1200 mg/kg,反应2 h时,COD去除率达到60%,处理后的废水可达标排放。
The pilot test adopt combined process of the isolated cycle aerated biological filter(BAF)+Fenton oxidation to treat the refractory printing and dyeing wastewater in a certain city sewage treatment plant.The results showed that when the BAF intake water 0.5 m^(3)/h,water temperature 25~30℃,the volumetric load of ammonia nitrogen 0.05 kg/(m^(3)·d),the COD concentration can decreased from 180 mg/L to 120 mg/L,the COD removal rate can reach 33.3% and the SS removal rate can reach 50%.The Fenton oxidation test showed that when pH adjusted 3.5 by complex acid,water temperature 45℃,hydrogen peroxide dosage 2000 mg/kg,the ferrous sulfate dosage 1200 mg/kg and the reaction time 2 h,the COD removal rate could reach 60%,and the treated wastewater could be discharged up to the standard.
