摘要 用二氯甲烷以及甲醇混合试剂(体积比90∶10)萃取印染废水中的低聚合度和高聚合度烷基苯酚聚氧乙烯醚(NPEO_(n)),经C_(18)小柱净化,高效液相色谱质谱法(HPLC-MS)测定,确定萃取剂及体积比、用量、净化方式和多种仪器参数。结果显示:NPEO_(n)的线性方程为y=14687.2x-42216.5,相关系数为0.9992,加标回收率为90.12%~95.56%,相对标准偏差(RSD)均小于2.45%,检出限为0.25 mg/L。该方法具有较高的灵敏度,可同时测定印染废水中的高聚合度和低聚合度NPEO_(n)。 The alkylphenol polyoxyethylene ether(NPEO_(n))with low polymerization degree and high polymerization degree in printing and dyeing wastewater were extracted by dichloromethane and methanol mixture(volume ratio 90∶10),purified by C_(18) column,and determined by HPLC-MS.The results showed that the linear equation of NPEO_(n) was y=14687.2x-42216.5,the correlation coefficient was 0.9992,the recovery was 90.12%~95.56%,the RSD was less than 2.45%,and the detection limit was 0.25 mg/L.The method had high sensitivity and could meet the requirements of the simultaneous determination of NPEO_(n) with low polymerization degree and high polymerization degree in printing and dyeing wastewater.
