摘要
聚合物包覆有机颜料的改性处理可以阻止颜料粒子之间的凝聚,保持颜料分散液的稳定性。除了现有的高分子聚合物改性处理外,采用细乳液聚合包覆颜料也能获得良好的改性效果。经过机械外力研磨成一定细度的颜料细乳液与单体乳液混合后,在引发剂的作用下加热至70℃进行聚合。不同有机颜料和不同单体可以得到聚合物包覆的有效表面改性处理。该技术较新,有待进一步的研究与开发。
The polymer coating modification treatment of organic pigments can prevent the aggregation of pigment particles and maintain the stability of the pigment dispersion.In addition to the existing high-molecular polymer modification treatment,the use of mini-emulsion polymerization to coat the pigment can also obtain good modification effects.After being ground into a certain fineness by mechanical external force,the pigment mini-emulsion was mixed with the monomer emulsion,and then heated to 70℃ under the action of the initiator for polymerization.Different organic pigments and different monomers can obtain effective surface modification treatment for polymer coating.This technology is relatively new and needs further research and development.
