固冲动力飞行器控制与动力一体化自由射流试验方法 被引量:2

摘要 为验证固冲动力飞行器控制系统与动力系统一体化设计方法、固冲发动机可靠转级等关键技术,提出了一种固冲动力飞行器控制系统与动力系统一体化自由射流试验方法,介绍了试验系统的组成与工作原理,针对试验系统硬件设计中核心的各系统接地设计方法、供电能力与负载特性匹配性分析方法进行了讨论,提出了自由射流试验中各系统的软件工作流程与试验程序;试验结果表明:应用该方法的自由射流试验系统工作稳定,试验中正常模拟了飞行器飞行过程中的大气来流条件,控制系统与动力系统工作正常,固冲发动机可靠转级并按照试验程序正常的进行了推力调节,实时测量了攻角、侧滑角、马赫数等大气数据,可以有效支撑固冲动力飞行器开展关键技术研究与评估。 In order to verify the key technologies such as the integrated design method of the control system and power system of the solid impact engines and the reliable turning stage,a free jet test method for the integration of the control system and power system of the solid impact vehicle is proposed.The composition and working principle of the test system are introduced,the core of the hardware design including grounding design method and power supply capability and load matching analysis method are introduced.The software work flow and test program of each system are put forward.The test results show that the test system works stably,the air flow conditions are simulated normally,the control system and power system work normally,the solid rocket engine can rotate reliably and adjust the thrust normally according to the procedure,the angle of attack,sideslip angle,Mach are measured,the test result can effectively support to carry out the key technology research and evaluation.
