中国共产党自成立以来,在马克思主义收入分配理论的指导下逐步确立了社会主义收入分配的基本价值取向,并结合社会主义经济建设进行了积极有益的探索。中国共产党的收入分配理念经历了"均中求富""共同富裕""共享发展"的历史演进,收入分配实践经历了工分制与工资制度改革、家庭联产承包责任制与工资制度改革、"三权分置"与增加一线劳动者报酬共存的历史变革。回顾与总结中国共产党关于收入分配的理念与实践,具有重要的现实意义。

Since the founding of the Communist Party of China,under the guidance of Marxist income distribution theory,the party has gradually established the basic value orientation of socialist income distribution,and carried out positive and beneficial exploration in combination with socialist economic construction.The party’s conceptions of income distribution have experienced its historical evolution from seeking wealth in average to common prosperity and to shared development.Likewise,the party’s income distribution practices have undergone the historical change from the establishment of the work division system and the wage system to the implementation of the household contract responsibility system and the new wage system and to the separation of the three powers and increase the remuneration of front-line workers.It is of great practical significance to review and summarize the CCP’s ideas and practice on the change of income distribution system.
