“三全育人”视域下打造最关爱学生的大学的时代意蕴及其路径

Building“Most-caring University”:Its Time Significance and Approaches from The Perspective of All-round Education

全过程立德树人、全员聚合教育资源、全方位协同推进是"三全育人"视域下打造最关爱学生的大学的时代意蕴。针对当前面临的全员育人系统合力尚未形成、全过程育人尚未形成有效衔接、全方位育人尚未形成有机联动的现状,基于丽水学院五年的建设实践经验,本文提出高校应通过加强协同联动、构建保障体系、优化育人途径等路径创新实践、架构平台,落实立德树人根本任务,打造最关爱学生的大学。

The all-round education that covers the whole process of professional and moral education with the input of all possible human resources and the coordinated effort of all responsible and competent internal institutions of a university has its time significance.In view of the current issues,for example,the mechanism involving all staff still needs to be developed,every elements and aspects in the process and still needs to be well and effectively welded,this paper proposes the approaches for building the most-caring university to ensure the fulfillment of the essential task of fostering virtue through education.
