摘要 管制员工作负荷是评估空域容量的重要指标。提出了一种基于航迹分析的管制员负荷评估新方法。引入玻尔兹曼熵的概念,提出了一种基于航迹数据的扇区无序度计算方法。根据计算得到的扇区无序度值,建立了一种扇区无序度与工作负荷相关联的管制员工作负荷评估新方法。选取典型扇区的航迹数据进行了实证分析。分析结果验证了新方法的有效性和可行性。 Air traffic controller workload is an important index to evaluate airspace capacity.This paper presents a new controller load assessment method based on flight track data analysis.Firstly,the concept of Boltzmann entropy is introduced,and a calculating method of sector disorder based on flight track data is proposed.Then,according to the calculated sector disorder value,a new controller workload evaluation method based on sector disorder and workload is established.Finally,the track data of typical sectors are selected for case analysis.The result of case study verifies the effectiveness and feasibility of the new controller load assessment method proposed in this paper.
