Research progress on the mechanism,diagnosis and prognosis of long non-coding RNA in gastric cancer

摘要 胃癌是世界常见肿瘤致死性原因之一,但由于胃癌的早期阶段临床症状不明显,大多数胃癌患者被确诊时已属晚期。因此,对胃癌研究不仅要了解发生发展的机制,而且要寻找新的早期诊断方法并建立有效的预后评估方法。长链非编码RNA (Lnc RNA)是一种重要的表观遗传学调节因子,在人类肿瘤中起着重要的作用。然而异常表达的Lnc RNA在胃癌中的作用机制尚未完全阐明。随着现代医学发展,越来越多的研究揭开了LncRNA异常表达在胃癌发生、发展和诊断预后中的机制。 Gastric cancer is one of the most common causes of cancer death in the world.However,due to the lack of obvious clinical symptoms in the early stage of gastric cancer,most patients with gastriccancer were diagnosed in advanced stage.Therefore,the study of gastric cancer should not only understand themechanism of occurrence and development,but also search for new early diagnosis methods and establisheffective prognostic evaluation methods.Long non-coding RNA(lnc RNA) is an important epigenetic regulatorand plays an important role in human tumors.However,the mechanism of differentially expressed lnc RNA ingastric cancer has not been fully elucidated.With the development of modern medicine,more and more studieshave revealed the mechanism of abnormal expression of lnc RNA in the occurrence,development,diagnosis andprognosis of gastric cancer.
