中医药治疗子宫内膜异位囊肿的临床机制研究进展

Clinical and Mechanism Research Progress of TCM in Treating Endometriosis Cyst

子宫内膜异位症(endometriosis,EM)是临床的常见病和多发病,可引起痛经、性交痛、慢性盆腔痛和不孕等多种症状。卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿(ovarianendometrioticcyst,OEC)约占EM的80%以上。通过查阅近年的研究文献,发现子宫内膜异位囊肿的治疗方法多样,有口服、针刺、穴位埋线等,但临床多为中西医结合的综合治疗方案。综合的治疗方案可以明显改善OEC患者的临床症状,预防复发、降低中医证候积分和复发率、调节情志、改善抑郁状态、改善卵巢储备功能、提升受孕率。其机制可能是通过降低肿瘤标志物,降低炎症水平、提高免疫力、改善血液“浓、黏、稠、凝、聚”状态、抗侵袭来实现的。

Endometriosis(EM)is a common and frequently occurring clinical disease,which can cause dysmenorrhea,sexual intercourse pain,chronic pelvic pain,infertility and other symptoms.Ovarian endometriotic cyst(OEC)accounts for more than 80%in EM.By reviewing the research literature in recent years,it is found that the treatment methods for OEC are diverse,including oral administration,acupuncture,acupoint catgut embedding and so on,but most of the clinical treatment schemes are comprehensive treatment schemes of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine.Comprehensive treatment can significantly improve the clinical symptoms,prevent recurrence,reduce TCM syndrome score and recurrence rate,regulate emotion,improve depression,improve ovarian reserve function and improve pregnancy rate in OEC patients.The mechanism may be related to reducing tumor markers,alleviating the level of inflammation,improving immunity and the blood state to resist invasion.
