摘要 研究了影响硅烷改性聚醚(MS)密封胶总挥发性有机物(TVOC)的主要因素。通过DOE(Department of Energy)部分因子实验设计方法,从树脂、偶联剂、抗氧剂及催化剂这4个因子中确定出影响TVOC的关键因素,通过回归模型的建立确定了其最佳的配方条件:树脂份数为400、抗氧剂份数为15、偶联剂份数为20、催化剂种类为乙,重复实验后得到的TVOC值为20.1μg/g。 The main factors affecting the total volatile organic matter(TVOC)of the silane-modified polyether(MS)sealant are studied.By designing part of TOE(Department of Energy),the key four factors affecting TVOC were determined from the resins,conjugates,antioxidants and catalyst.The optimal formulation conditions were determined by the establishment of the regression model:the number of resin parts was 400,antioxidant parts was 15,coupling agent parts was 20,the catalyst type was B,and the TVOC value obtained after repeated experiments was 20.1μg/g.
