摘要
研究分析环氧树脂改性在雷达吸波涂料中的应用。设计实验中环氧基与己二胺氨基中的活泼H物质部分产生羟烷基化,并与丙烯腈双键产生氰乙基化反应。结果表明,己二胺与丙烯腈量比逐渐增加时,附着力逐渐变小,柔韧性提升。雷达涂层柔韧性为10 mm,涂层附着力16.8 MPa,雷达涂层综合性能良好。树脂添加量为15%时,附着力14.4 MPa,柔韧性5 mm,涂层附着力较为良好,柔韧性较强。
Research and analyze the application of epoxy resin modification in radar wave absorption coating.Design experiment,epoxy group and the lively H part in hexodiamine amino group produce hydroxyalkylation,and produce cyanoethylation reaction with acrylonitrile double bond.And it turns out When the ratio of hexdiamide to acrylonitrile gradually increases,the adhesion gradually decreases and the flexibility increases.Radar coating flexibility is 10 mm,coating adhesion 16.8 MPa,radar coating comprehensive performance.When the resin is added to 15%,the adhesion is 14.4 MPa,and the flexibility is 5 mm,with good coating adhesion and strong flexibility.
