摘要 塑料光纤是一种由高透明聚合物作为芯层材料,以氟塑料等作为皮层材料的光导纤维,是一种非常优质的短距离数据传输介质。以现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)作为核心驱动芯片构建了一种基于表面等离子体共振(SPR)原理的光线折射率检测系统,利用该系统对一种微/纳米塑料光纤的折射率传感特性进行实验测量。结果显示,该种塑料纤维具有较一般塑料纤维更高的折射率传感灵敏度,在微/纳米塑料光纤直径为25μm、光纤耦合器输入光源波长在635 nm时,折射最高分辨率能够达到0.750。 Plastic optical fiber is an optical guide fiber with high transparent polymer as a core layer material,and fluorine plastic as cortical materials.It is a very high-quality short-distance data transfer medium.A light refractive index detection system based on the surface plasma resonance(SPR)principle was constructed with the field Programmable gate array(FPGA)as the core drive chip to experimentally measure the refractive index sensing properties of a micro/nanoplastic optical fiber.The results show that this plastic fiber has a higher refractive index sensing sensitivity than the general plastic fiber,and the highest refractive resolution can reach 0.750 when the micro/nanoplastic fiber is 25μm in diameter and the optical fiber coupler wavelength of the fiber coupler input light source is 635 nm.
