电诱发听性脑干反应监测对人工耳蜗植入患者预后的评估价值研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨电诱发听性脑干反应(EABR)监测对人工耳蜗植入患者预后的评估价值。方法将2018年1月至2020年1月在我院行人工耳蜗植入术的64例听力障碍患者分为两组各32例。研究组为听神经病患者,参照组为听神经正常的极重度感音神经性聋患者,术中、术后给予两组患者EABR监测,术后进行神经反应遥测(NRT),对比两组术后EABR阙值、NRT阙值、N1潜伏期、V波潜伏期及听力康复疗效,并对比两组患者开机时、术后1个月的3号电极T值及动态范围。结果两组患者术后EABR阙值、NRT阙值、N1潜伏期、V波潜伏期、言语识别率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组患者开机时和术后1个月的3号电极T值、动态范围比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论EABR监测可更好地了解人工耳蜗植入患者的听觉通路情况,从而精准地预测其听力康复效果。 Objective To explore the prognostic value of electrically evoked auditory brainstem response(EABR)monitoring in patients with cochlear implantation.Methods 64 dysaudia patients with cochlear implantation in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were divided into two groups,with 32 cases in each group.Patients in the study group had auditory neuropathy,and patients in the control group had extremely severe sensorineural deafness with normal auditory nerve.Both groups were given EABR monitoring during operation and after operation,and nerve response telemetry(NRT)after operation.The postoperative EABR threshold,NRT threshold,N1 latency,V wave latency and hearing rehabilitation efficacy were compared between the two groups,and the T value and dynamic range of electrode 3 at power-on and 1 month after operation were compared between the two groups.Results No statistical difference was found in postoperative EABR threshold,NRT threshold,N1 latency,V wave latency and speech recognition rate between the two groups(P>0.05).No statistical difference was found in the T value and dynamic range of electrode 3 at power-on and 1 month after operation between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions EABR monitoring in patients with cochlear implantation can better understand the auditory pathway of patients and accurately predict the effect of hearing rehabilitation.
